BAGUETTE
Our award winning French baguette is baked fresh every day from a natural starter. The chewy creamy crumb, accented by a crispy crust, makes it perfect to serve with any meal.
MICHE
The favorite of La Fournette redefines the meaning of sourdough bread: the dense, spongy crumb packs a flavor that doesn’t need to be dressed up to be enjoyed.
BEER BREAD
One of Chef Pierre’s specialties made with rye and wheat flour, mashed potatoes with a crackly beer crust. The spongy crumb is great for serving with stews or as a base for a delicious sandwich.
MULTIGRAIN BAGUETTE
La Fournette’s multigrain baguette is flecked with flax, sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds. Almost as light as a French baguette, but loaded with grains like a German bread! Unique!
CROISSANT
Layers of flaky dough and rich, European style butter make up this quintessential French pastry. Pair it with one of our homemade jams for a delicious breakfast.
CHOCOLATE CROISSANT
A perfect combination of our classic croissant and bars of European dark chocolate.
MACARONS
La Fournette's macarons are made with the finest ingredients and no artificial flavors or preservatives. Our almonds are coming from the Alldrin Brothers Farm in California.
HOMEMADE JAMS & SPREADS
Very rich in fruits and done the traditional way, this type of preserves is called in France 'confiture extra'.
MINI MADELEINES
These classic French small sponge cakes (with a distinctive shell-like shape) are offered in different flavors: vanilla, chocolate, lemon, raspberry and pistachio.
CROQUE-MONSIEUR
The French version of grilled cheese made with Black-Forest ham, Comté cheese and béchamel sauce on La Fournette’s sandwich bread.
TUNA SALAD SANDWICH
